Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin is committed to modern, integrated management training and educates managers in communication and human resources management, as well as public affairs. Through its cross-subject structure, Quadriga University of Applied Sciences offers an education that meets the requirements in management, communications and public affairs.

All degree programmes require a university degree (minimum Bachelors) and several years of professional experience. All degree programmes are offered on an extra-occupational basis. These are comprised of classroom phases and a high proportion of independent study.
Our understanding of leadership
A common element of our study programmes is an integral understanding of management. We regard responsible, professional and transparent communications as compulsory requirements for successful leadership. That is why all study programmes follow the guiding principle of ?Leadership by communication?, in which both elements are directly linked to one another.
Training concept
Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin pursues a training concept that deals extremely individually with the students' requirements.
