Qualifications

Prospective students of Quadriga University Berlin must meet certain qualifications in order to be admitted to a degree programme.

1. Successful completion of a degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, Diplom, Magister, Staatsexamen, etc.)

Applicants must have earned at least 240 ECTS credits. (The necessary credits will generally be earned with a Master, Magister, or Diplom).
If necessary (e.g. if you have a Bachelor or comparable degree that does not provide the required credits), relevant work experience can serve as a substitute for part of the required academic credits. Contact a student advisor for more information.

2. Minimum of three years' work experience in a relevant field, at least two years of which after completing first academic degree

This work experience can come from either a single position or multiple positions in the given time period.
Work experience is calculated on a full-time basis. If you held a part-time position, this will count partially towards total work experience.
Example: You worked half-time for one year - this would count for six months of work experience.

3. Special qualifications required for the MBA and Master Communication & Leadership programmes

Applicants to the MBA Communication & Leadership programme should have relevant experience in the communications field. This could include work in organisational communication (PR and media relations, internal communications, etc.), at PR agencies, or at comparable service providers, etc.
Applicants to the Master Communication & Leadership programme should have economic and management expertise (generally gained through university education).

4. Excellent grasp of English (internet based TOEFL, 80 points)
