Your Candidacy
Here you can find an overview of all documents to be included in your application. It is intended to assist you in compiling all of the required documents. You can also download the checklist and add it to you application.
You must submit the following documents for your application:
Completely filled-out application form
You must use the Application form for your application. On this, you provide the required personal details and contacts and list your previous education and professional experience.
Curriculum vitae in tabular form with a passport photo Please briefly summarise your most important life stages (max. 1 page). Don't forget the passport photo.
Proof of academic degreePlease also include a certified copy of the diploma for your first academic degree (or if several degrees: officially certified copies of your previously acquired academic degrees) with your application.
Proof of professional experience
You require at least three years of professional experience in order to be admitted for a degree programme at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin. Please include relevant credentials/letters of reference with your application. Request for proof of professional experience
Proof of English competency
You can provide evidence of adequate English knowledge with a successfully completed TOEFL (80 points, Internet-based). On the day of the test, please provide the institution code for Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin "6989" so that the results will be sent directly to the University. TOEFL-Information
Letter of motivationIn your application, please include a letter of approximately one page in length explaining why you are interested in your chosen degree programme at Quadriga University Berlin. Also, please describe your goals for the period after you have completed your degree at the University and how the content of the programme you have chosen will help you in your further career.
Letter of referencePlease include with your application, a letter of reference from a superior or comparable person who can analyse your strengths and weaknesses in a professional context and explain how and why the successful completion of the degree programme will further your career planning (approx. one page).
