M.A. Communication & Leadership

Requirements

You must have certain qualifications in order to be accepted at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin.

1. A successfully completed academic degree (e.g. Diplom, Magister, Staatxexamen, Master or Bachelor)

• Applicants must have earned at least 240 ECTS credits. (The necessary credits will generally be earned with a Magister, Diplom or Master.)



• Upon application (e.g. if you have a Bachelor or comparable degree that does not provide the required credits), relevant work experience can serve as a substitute for part of the required academic credits. Please speak with the student advisors.

2. Minimum of three years' work experience in a relevant field, at least two years of which, after completing the first academic degree

• It does not matter whether you spent the entire time in the same position or changed your position.


• The work experience is converted to a full-time position. If you held part-time positions, this will only count partially.
  
  Example: You worked half-time for one year - this would count for six months of work experience.

3. Special qualifications required for the MBA Master Communication & Leadership

• Applicants for the MBA Communication & Leadership programme should have relevant experience in the communications field. This could include work in organisational communication (PR and media relations, internal communications, etc.), at PR agencies, or at comparable service providers, etc.


• Applicants to the Master Communication & Leadership programme should have economic and management expertise (generally gained through university education).

4. Excellent knowledge of English

As proof of sufficient English language knowledge, a TOEFL shall be submitted with a result of at least 80 points (Internet-based). The test must not be older than two years when starting the degree programme. The institution code of Quadriga University of Applied Sciences for TOEFL is 6989.
